2026 Registration Dates

Saturday, February 21 @ 8am: Fieldstone Residents ONLY New & Returning

*Sponsors will also have early access to registration.

Saturday, February 28 @ 8am: Returning Non-Resident Families

Saturday, March 7 @ 8am: New Non-Resident Families

* Saturday March 21 @ 2pm: New swimmer evaluations at Swim Atlanta Midway

*We will be having an evaluation for all swimmers 8 and under new to Fieldstone swim.

We will be limiting numbers this year for the safety of our swimmers. We anticipate spots to fill quickly based on our numbers last year. We will update our social media and website if age groups fill up, and you will be prompted to fill out a waitlist form.

*Please note, if you sign up before your designated date, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist.

**Registration is first come first serve. We are unable to save spots due to the size of our team.

1st Swimmer: $190

2nd Swimmer: $180

Additional Swimmers (same family): $170

Swimmers ages 15-18: $85

Additional Fees (Non-Refundable)

**ASA Fee: $50/swimmer (ASA Fee increases after 4/15/26)

Non-Resident Fee: $40/swimmer

Mini Fins Fees

Registration Fee: $120/swimmer

**ASA Fee: $28/swimmer

Non-Resident Fee: $20/swimmer

Registration Requirements

  1. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters (length of the pool) independently without stopping to join the swim team.  *If your 4-6 year old is unable to swim the length of the pool independently, you may consider signing them up for the MINI FINS.
  2. Swimmers must complete the online registration form.
  3. Registration Fees Include: Registration, 1 Personalized Silicone Swim Cap and 1 Team T-Shirt
  4. ASA Fee is Mandatory Atlanta Swim Association Fee
  5. Residents: Homeowners Dues must be current to participate in swim team. (This is checked by HOA before the season begins.)
  6. Non-Residents: Additional $40/swimmer
  7. Refunds of the registration fees will be given as follows:
    • Full refund will be given through 3/31
    • 50% refund will be given between April 1-May 10 (start of practice)
    • No refunds will be given once practices start.
    • Please note the ASA fee may not be non-refundable

Volunteer Requirements

Did you know that a swim meet requires up to 100 volunteers?

It is required that each Fins family will volunteer for 6 shifts (more may be required for families with 3 or more swimmers) for the season. Volunteer signs ups will take place in early May prior to the start of the season. Volunteering is a great way to meet other families and get to know the swimmers. We appreciate everyone working together to make each meet run smoothly!

*Please note that if volunteer shift is not fulfilled, your swimmer may not be able to compete in the next meet or attend the ASA Championship meet.
