MEET INFO: MAY 28 vs. Lake Forest

We will host our first home meet this week vs Lake Forest on Thursday, May 28. Please see below for all of the information! Please make sure to log in to Swimtopia and click on Fieldstone v. Lake Forest meet & let us know if your swimmer will be attending the meet by midnight Sunday.

THEME: PINK OUT!

**Prizes will be awarded to swimmers who show the most team spirit!**

FOOD ORDERS: Please note that pre-orders for food close Tuesday at 9pm! We strongly encourage you to pre-order to ensure we have enough food for everyone.  The pre-order prices are also slightly discounted from walk up orders!  We are using a new site for pre-orders so please let us know if you have any issues with pre-orders this week!  We will have concessions and limited availability of food available for purchase at the meet and accept cash or card.

Please use the link below to pre-order: https://fieldstone-fins-swim.square.site/

We will also have Donut NV food truck available for purchase (lemonade, donuts & coffee)!

PRE-MEET: Please plan to arrive by 3:30 with your swimmer unless you are in one of the following categories. Parking team and set-up team should arrive by 3:00. Bullpen volunteers should arrive by 3:20. Upon arrival, please have your swimmers check into their bullpens. Please also check in at the volunteer table if you are volunteering at any point during the meet.
We have been asked not to use any of the lounger chairs during the swim meet so all loungers must be moved to the quiet/adult pool area and returned to the pool deck at the conclusion of the meet. If you are able to help our set-up or clean-up team move chairs, it would be greatly appreciated. Many hands make light work!

***Please see the attached map for bullpen locations.***

Most parents will set up personal chairs along the sides of the pool or in shaded areas under sunshades near baby pool or under pergolas.  You will be able to come watch your swimmer's races regardless of where you sit!

PARKING: The meet is at home at Fieldstone Pool: 3350 Elder Field Lane, Cumming, GA. Our pool parking is large, however, any overflow parking should be along Elder Field Lane. Please do NOT park on Pond Gap Lane as it is a cul-de-sac and cars get stuck with a lot of traffic (it is the first street past the parking lot).  Please follow the instructions from our parking team as well as any posted signs! Please also do NOT block any driveways or park on grass and only park on one side of the street!  Please also do not park to the right of the clubhouse as this is reserved for tennis parking ONLY!

DURING THE MEET: Swimmers are to stay in their assigned bullpens throughout the meet. Swimmers and spectators are not allowed to use the quiet pool, baby pool, or zero entry pool during the meet. If the swimmer needs to leave the bullpen, they should be with a parent and the bullpen parent should be notified before leaving. This is for the safety of the swimmers and to ensure that swimmers are available for their scheduled races. Parents are not allowed behind the blocks. We will have coaches and deck managers available to make sure swimmers are lined up and ready for their races.

WHAT TO PACK: Please plan to pack snacks and plenty of water/drinks for your swimmer. It tends to be hot, and the meets are about 4 hours in length. Please make sure children have water/drinks to stay dydrated!
Also pack: swim caps, extra goggles, 2-3 towels, and activities to keep your child entertained.  No tech suits are allowed during summer league meets. Please label all items!
