CHATTAHOOCHEE RIVER CLUB 6/19 MEET INFO

ARRIVAL:

Pool Address: 4110 River Club Drive, Cumming, GA 30041

Please plan to arrive by 4pm in order to have everyone ready for warm-ups from 4:30-5:00pm. If you are a bullpen parent, please plan to arrive by 3:30. The circular drive at the pool entrance is for swimmer drop off only until 4pm. Parking is available on the streets around the pool. There is no parking in the lot by the playground. There will be one-way traffic flow around the pool from 3-9pm so please follow the instructions of parking volunteers and posted signs! Bullpen area is located behind the pool in a parking lot so please bring chairs if your swimmer wants a softer seat.

*Mini Fins should plan to arrive by 5pm if they plan to swim this week!

FACILITIES: Restrooms are located in the lower part of the clubhouse (accessible by the pool deck), the playground (we will have signage to point you in the right direction) and two porta-potties in the pool parking lot. Our clubhouse septic system is not the best, so we are trying to ease the burden on it by having the porta potties and the playground bathrooms be the first choice for swim team use. The playground bathrooms will be propped open so no key card will be necessary for use.

Please note there is limited seating on the CRC pool deck. In past years, parents typically bring chairs and hang in the parking lot across from where bullpens are set up (feel free to bring your own tent for shade!). It is important that only parents who are signed up to work the bullpen are in the bullpen with the swimmers as tent space is limited. Trust that the bullpen parents have things under control and will get your swimmers where they need to be! Please also let bullpen parents know if you take your child from the bullpen for food or bathroom. We need to be able to account for where swimmers are at all times for safety reasons.
