We wanted to remind you about a few important dates: 

Sunday, May 4 from 3-5pm: Meet & Greet 

Stop by and join us for the meet & greet in the grassy area by the pool at Fieldstone! You will be able to meet the coaches and get your swag/merch bags! Kona Ice will also be available for purchase. 

Monday, May 12: First Practice (No Dryland) 

May 12-May 21: Afternoon Practice Schedule Mon-Thurs

4:00-4:30 6 & Unders 

4:30-5:15 7/8 

5:15-6:00 9/10 

6:00-6:45 11+ 

We understand that the end of the year brings many activities and other sports. Please join us for as many practices as possible.  We plan to do time trials Tuesday, May 20 & Wednesday, May 21 so please try to attend at least one of those dates if possible. 

Thursday, May 22: NO PRACTICE (Last day of school) 

Thursday, May 22: Spirit Night at Ice Cream Social & Giovanni's-Perfect way to kick off SUMMER! 

Monday, May 26: NO PRACTICE (Memorial Day) 

Tuesday, May 27: First Morning Practices & Mini Fins Start!

5/27-6/26: Morning Practice Schedule Mon-Thurs 

7:30-9:00 11+ (dryland 7:30-8:00) 

9:00-10:30 9/10 (dryland 10:00-10:30) 

10:00-11:30 7/8 (dryland 11:00-11:30 

10:00-11:00 6 & Under (dryland 10:45-11) 

11:00-11:30 MINI FINS 

Thursday, May 29: First Swim Meet Away @ Longlake 

Please wear a one piece swimsuit for girls and a jammer for boys. Please bring your swim cap, towel & goggles. We will provide the rest of the equipment. For morning practices, it is best to bring tennis shoes to wear for dryland too.
