2025 Fieldstone Fins Updates

Hey Fins Families!
We
hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! This email contains a
lot of valuable information about the upcoming summer swim season. If
you have friends or family interested in joining, feel free to share
this information with them.
We have updated the website with the most current information. Please visit fieldstonefins.swimtopia.com/ and our social media pages throughout the season for any questions you may have.
The
Fieldstone Fins board is already hard at work at planning this summer
season. We are happy to announce that we are able to keep the Fieldstone portion of the registration fees the same as last year!
Registration (1 week earlier than in the past):
- Saturday, February 22 - Fieldstone residents (new & returning) registration begins, as well as early access for sponsors
- Saturday, March 1 - Returning non-residents may begin registering
- Saturday, March 8 - New non-resident families may begin registering
The
word is out that we have an amazing team! If you're interested in
returning, we urge you to sign up as close to the opening date as
possible. Each age group will be limited for the safety of the
swimmers. We did have wait lists last year, and unfortunately were not
able to accommodate everyone. We anticipate a similar scenario this
year.
Swim Board Needs:
We're excited to welcome Coach Asheley Bell back as our head coach!
Our biggest need is someone that would like to take over concessions.
Allene Bagwell has done a wonderful job for many years, but her
daughter will be graduating and would like to pass this role along to
someone else. This year would involve working with her for our 3 home
meets. This would fulfill your volunteer requirements for the season.
We're
also looking for parents that would like to be more involved! We could
use help pre-season getting all the "swag bags" ready. We could always
use help during the season specifically on meet days getting everything
prepped so meets run smoothly. If you are interested in helping in any
capacity, please reach out!

We
would love to recognize businesses in our community once again! See below for our
sponsor form and the link to the Google Form. We
will once again offer our gold sponsors a reserved parking space at all
home meets (hopefully 3 home meets this season), exemption from
volunteer shifts, as well as a featured spot on our team shirts! We are
offering 4 gold sponsorships this season, so act quickly if you are
interested. We also have silver & bronze level sponsorships
available. Sponsors must sign up by March 23 to be included on T-shirt & banner.
