*We will have relay cards for all group 12 and younger. Relay cards should be up to date in the morning. If anything changes, we will communicate that to you ASAP. Each bullpen will have a printed heat sheet and clipboard available.
*13 & Up swimmers are expected to report straight to the block for their races. Swimmers 12 & younger MUST report to the staging area before each race. There is specific traffic flow patterns where we will have to walk around the girls pool to get to the staging areas. Please also make sure that you are watching the younger swimmers as they finish their events and helping them get back to the bullpen. You can see attached diagram, but it will make more sense in person.
Upon arrival, we will try to divide swimmers by bullpen so if you are assigned to a bullpen it would be helpful if you can find that group before we enter. We will try to enter youngest to oldest by group as well. We will try to keep each age group somewhat together in the bleacher area.
You can bring a chair to sit in on deck during any down time specifically following warm ups. Locker room bathrooms are only for swimmers under 18. All volunteers must use bathrooms located behind the diving well on the far side of the pool.
If you encounter any issues, please find Katherine, Dana, Jaclyn, or Coach Asheley as soon as possible.
Thank you so much!
