General Reminders for ASA Championship Meet tomorrow:

*Parking passes are sold out we have been told.  You can use W23 lot at 905 State St and purchase day of parking tomorrow upon arrival.

*Plan to arrive at 7am and meet out in the front lawn.  Swimmers should form a line to check in and will move to their age group to have arms marked.

*Please write your child's first and last name on their back in sharpie as well as their age and FINS to help the volunteers.

*Wear your FINS cap with name if you have it.  If not, any FINS cap will do.  We have limited quantities of extras.  Bring towels, extra cap and goggles if you have them!

*Volunteers will sign in with Jaclyn upon arrival and be given the appropriate wristband to allow you deck access.  (See separate email if you are volunteering!)

*We will enter the building as a group at 7:30am.  Swimmers will be taken down to the deck for warm up and remain on deck until your chosen check out window.  Swimmers cannot leave the deck during the meet.  Parents who are volunteering may accompany the team on deck if you have a wristband.  Parents without wristbands should proceed to the spectator area at this time.  Boys pool is on left and girls is in the middle from the spectator view.

*Fieldstone will warm up from 8-8:15.

*Meet will start at 9:30am.

*Print your own heat sheet.  See attachment for official heat sheet.  

* Swimtopia info is not accurate for this meet. Please download and use MEET MOBILE app for this meet.  2024 ASA Championship- Division 5 is the meet to search.

*If your swimmer misses their event, please text Coach Asheley, Katherine, & Dana ASAP.  We will do our best to get them in the next available heat.
