Hey Fins Families!

We wanted to first of all welcome you to the Fieldstone Fins! We have a fun season planned for all our swimmers! We want to give you important dates to add to your calendar as well as updated practice times as registration draws to a close.

Important Dates:

Monday, April 1: Check payment deadline/Last day for full refund
For families who are paying by check, please deliver checks to Dana Lutz by Monday, April 1 to keep your spot. We will be moving to the waitlist this week if payment is not received.

Most age groups filled up very quickly this year including long waitlists for many groups! If you have changed your mind on swimming with us this season, please email [email protected] to request a refund. After April 1, you will only receive a 50% refund until the season starts on May 13. No refunds will be issued after the season starts.

April 1 is also the last day to order extra team shirts or "Swim Era" shirts at the discounted price. TEAM STORE

Saturday, April 13 3-5pm: Swimsuit Fitting
This will take place in the Fieldstone Multipurpose room next to the pool. You will have the opportunity to try on the team suit for this year and ensure you order the correct size as the suits are non-refundable due to customization. You can come any time during that window to order (should take about 15 minutes).  Please note that we are told the suits run small so it is encouraged to try them on before ordering.  The team suit is not required.  You can wear any jammer (boys) or competitive style one piece (girls) for practices and meets.

Sunday, May 5 2-4pm: Meet and Greet & Individual Pictures
Please stop by to meet the coaches, get your swag, and learn about volunteer opportunities. Freestyle Photography will also be taking individual & sibling pictures during that time. More info to come on signing up for pictures. This event will take place in the grassy area and pictures will take place in the pool area.

Monday, May 13: First Day of Afternoon Practice

**Please note that your swimmer may be moved up or down an age group to practice after the first week depending on ability. Thank you for your flexibility!
Monday- Thursday:
4:00-4:30 - 6 & under
4:30-5:30 -7/8
5:30-6:30 - 9/10
6:30-7:30- 11 and up
*There will be no dry land during afternoon practices.

Tuesday, May 28: First day of Morning Practice
Monday-Thursday:
7:30-9:00- 11 & up
9:00-10:00- 9/10
10:00-11:00- 6 & under and 7/8
*Dry land will be 30 minutes before or after times listed.
** No Practice Monday, May 27 to observe Memorial Day * *

May 30- Thursday PM
June 6- Thursday PM
June 13- Thursday PM
June 20- Thursday PM
Junes 25- Tuesday PM
June 28- Friday AM (Tentative Date for County Meet)
