Hello Fin Families!

Can you believe it - meet #4 is tomorrow!! We are so excited to host Aberdeen - they are a fun team! The theme for this week is - BLUE OUT! Feel free to dress up! Please read below for important information for the meet:

FOOD -  If you ordered Chick Fil A or pizza, please pick it up between 4:45 - 5:15pm. Concessions will have snacks, candy, watermelon, and drinks available for purchase. Kona ice will also be at the meet!

PARKING - Parking is going to be tight with our whole team and Aberdeen. Please carpool if you can and if you have a golf cart, you can get up front parking! Please do not park at Westside Beverage or at Pies on Post - they need their parking lots for their customers. Also, the small lot by the tennis courts needs to be left open for the tennis players. Please only park on one side of the road (if you cannot get a spot in the lot) and be respectful of people's driveways. Please do not park on Pond Gap Lane - it is a cul de sac and cars get stuck with lots of traffic. (see map attached)

TIMELINE -

• 3:30 - Pool closes to residents
• 3:30 - Fieldstone Fins team to arrive and get settled in bull pens
• 4:00 – 4:30 Fieldstone warm ups
• 4:30 – 5:00 Three Chimney warm ups
• 5:10 -  Timer/judges meeting
• 5:15 - Mini Fins swim
• 5:30 – Meet begins

VOLUNTEERS - If you are volunteering at this meet, please check in with Chelsey or Bailey. They will have a table set up on the pool deck and can give you further instructions if needed at that time.

WEATHER - The weather this week has been especially bad and unpredictable.  The plan is to continue with the meet as planned.  Communication will go out as the coaches and officials make decisions.  Please show up on time and plan to get ready - if it is just raining, we will try to hold the meet.  In case of bad weather, please shelter in your cars and watch your email and the Swimtopia app for alerts.
