Hello Fin Families!

Can you believe it - meet #2 is just days away!! We are so excited to host our first home meet against Three Chimneys Flames. The theme for this week is - LUAU! Feel free to dress up! Please read below for important information for the meet:

FOOD - online pre-orders close tonight at midnight. If you would like to have Chick Fil A or pizza at the meet - please order before the deadline. Concessions will have snacks, candy, watermelon, and drinks available for purchase.   Kona ice will also be at the meet!

PARKING - Parking is going to be tight with our whole team and TCF. Please carpool if you can and if you have a golf cart, you can get up front parking! Please do not park at Westside Beverage or at Pies on Post - they need their parking lots for their customers. Also, the small lot by the tennis courts needs to be left open for the tennis players. Please only park on one side of the road (if you cannot get a spot in the lot) and be respectful of people's driveways. Please do not park on Pond Gap Lane - it is a cul de sac and cars get stuck with lots of traffic. (see map attached)

TIMELINE -

• 3:30 - Pool closes to residents
• 3:30 - Fieldstone Fins team to arrive and get settled in bull pens
• 4:00 – 4:30 Fieldstone warm ups
• 4:30 – 5:00 Three Chimney warm ups
• 5:15 - Minis swim and timer/judges meeting
• 5:30 – Meet begins

VOLUNTEERS - If you are volunteering at this meet, please check in with Chelsey.  She will have a table set up on the pool deck and can give you further instructions if needed at that time.
