Good evening!

 We offered a tiered sponsorship program last month with a deadline to meet our shirt orders.  Since that time, the board has received quite a few requests asking about sponsoring our team.  We have decided to offer a sponsorship on a smaller level for anyone who still wishes to sponsor our team this year.  The form is attached and the deadline is May 15th.  We would greatly appreciate any sponsorships.
