Theme for the meet: Out of this World!

Arrive to the pool by 3:45pm!  Our warm ups start at 4:10 pm! 

Try to carpool or use your golf cart.  There are going to be a lot of people at the meet tomorrow.  Our pool parking is large, however, any overflow parking should be along Elder Field Lane. Please do not park on Pond Gap Lane as it is a cul de sac and cars get stuck with a lot of traffic. (it is the first street past the parking lot). We do try to have a one way traffic flow through the parking lot to help keep all cars on the same path. Even though our parking lot is large, we do encourage carpooling if possible. (see map attached)

Our tennis association has asked us to not park in their small lot on the other side of the clubhouse. It should be marked with no parking. There will be tennis matches on Thursday night, so we need to allow them an area to park.

It is going to be HOT!  Please bring extra water to the meet.

Our minis get to swim this meet!  Please have your mini behind the blocks at 5:15 so they can swim their lap with a coach.  

Volunteers - thank you!  Please check in with Bailey so she knows that you are at the meet.

Our concessions will be selling pizza, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and nuggets, candy, chips, watermelon and a variety of drinks. Our concession lines will be split up so they will move quickly. We will also have the Kona ice truck around 6pm. We will accept cash and credit card via Square.
