It's almost meet day!!  Please see below important information for the meet tomorrow.

Our team should arrive no later than 4pm!

 The meet is at Chattahoochee River Club.  The address is 4110 River Club Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, USA — Directions

Information from their team on parking and timelines:

• I've attached a couple maps of the pool and seating arrangements. We have limited pool deck space so most spectators will need to set up in our parking lot. This area is completely closed to traffic at 4pm and no cars will be allowed in or out until the meet has concluded. There are lots of trees and shady spots so it shouldn't be too hot!
• Your team should park on the side streets surrounding the pool and tennis courts. 
• The timeline for the meet is as follows:
  • 3:00 pool parking lot closes
  • 3:15 parking lot open for set up of tents/chairs
  • 4:00 parking lot access closed
  • 4:00-4:30 CRC warm ups for
  • 4:30-5:00 Fieldstone warm ups
  • 5:15 Mini Rays swim
  • 5:30 Meet starts
• We use an electronic timing system and have an electronic scoreboard.
• We have a DJ/announcer who will be playing tunes and also calling events to report to the staging area. His system is very loud so you'll be able to hear him in the parking lot.
• In case of inclement weather we have room to temporarily house our teams in our clubhouse for safety.
