Hello Fins Families!  Wow - it is already time for the first meet! Please see below for information you need for the upcoming week.

Practices will move to mornings - below are the times for each age group

8:00-9:30- 11&up

8:45-9:45- 9&10

9:45-10:45- 7&8

10:15-11:00- 6&U

Mini Fins - your practices begin this week!!  Finally!  You will practice from 11:00-11:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.  Starting 6/6, you will have practice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  

Great news!  The bathrooms will be unlocked for practices starting this week!  We really appreciate your patience the last two weeks.  We have worked closely with the rec board and they are willing to have the bathrooms open for our use during practices.  They have asked that we be diligent in watching our children and being respectful to the community property.  

**one exception will be tomorrow's practice.  the community coordinator will not be on site when practice starts, so the gates and bathrooms will be locked until she arrives.  we will have a couple of board members available to help until she can get things unlocked**

Meet on Thursday 6/2:

Please make sure you pre-order your chick fil a and pizza if you want them at the meet. This is what CRC set us about food at the meet on Thursday

• Preorders are due by Tuesday, May 31 at 9pm!!
• Our concession stand will also have the usual sodas, candy, chips and gatorade. We accept cash and Venmo payments

Parking info, address and a time schedule will be emailed out on Wednesday.

If you still have your swimmer's tshirt, cinch sac and swim cap to pick up, please email [email protected] to coordinate.  They will no longer be at practices for pick up unless previously coordinated.  If you are missing a shirt, we will hopefully have them this week before the meet.  

Swimtopia App - If you have not done so yet, please download the Swimtopia app to your phone.  You should log in like you would for the website and make sure you are affiliated with Fieldstone Fins.  We will send a test alert tomorrow via the app to make sure we can information out quickly to our families. If you want to get the alerts, please turn on notifications for this app.   In the event of bad weather, we will use this as a quicker way to get you information.  We would also send out an email and post on Facebook.
